Refille – Phosphate Rich Organic Manure (PROM)

Cultivating crops on the same piece of land continuously, supplementing the Crop with Imbalanced Fertiliser doses and ignoring the soil health decreases the Soil fertility and Productivity. So also the problems of poor soils are ignored, no efforts are made to improve them and even after increasing the NPK doses, Crop yields do not increase. However, the Cost of Crop Production goes up.

Imbalanced application of chemical fertilisers like Urea, DAP, etc. results in increase in the salt content of the soil and thereby the pH of the soil. The physical properties of the soil such as water holding capacity, structure, drainage, and texture deteriorates. There is also a decrease in the microbial count of the soil. The soils become compact and the fertility of the soil decreases. It becomes necessary to use Organic fertilizers to improve the above properties of the soil and improve the nutrient availability from the soil. But well-decomposed Organic Manure is not available in sufficient quantum. Also, only 20% – 25% phosphorus becomes available to the crop from the Phosphorus based chemical fertilizers given through the soil. Rest of the phosphorus gets fixed in the soil along with other nutrients and does not become available to the crop. This adversely affects the growth of the crop thereby the yield and the quality.

Considering all these aspects Manshya Marketing Pvt. Ltd., Pune has manufactured the product ‘Refille’. It is called ‘Green Chemistry Phosphorous Fertilizer’. It contains 10 % Organic Carbon and 8 % Phosphorus. It also provides other nutrients that increase the efficiency of ‘Refille’. Also, its organic Carbon and organic acids released by the roots make Phosphorus and other nutrients available to the crop that are fixed in the soil. Phosphorus in ‘Refille’ is more effective than phosphorus from chemical fertilizers available in the market.

Crops and the beneficial microorganisms in the soil continuously require organic carbon as a major source of energy as it plays an important role in the food production of the crop. Phosphorus is required for seed germination, root formation, in flowering stage of the crop and energy formation for various metabolic activities. Adequate supply of phosphorus leads to proper absorption of other nutrients from the soil and proper growth of the crop.

Our recommendation –

Soil supplementation of Refille @ 80 kg (2 bags) per acre 2 – 3 times a year, at the time of land preparation and at various crop growth stages.

USP of our Product – Why only Refille ?

• We use a very high quality of Organic base raw material and not a city waste or press mud.
• The Raw material Source of P that we add contains higher percentage of P₂O₅ of more than 30 % and contains very less impurities. This helps to maintain the Organic Carbon at optimum.
• We suggest not to granulate Refille because granulation will reduce the moisture content and thereby P₂O₅ and Organic Carbon content will also reduce.
